Late post is late (=.=” ) seems like there’s no point on posting
this anymore. But whatever. I just want to share this.
For celebrating 55 years diplomatic relationship & friendship of
Indonesia-Japan, held Indonesia Japan Expo 2013 on 19-22 December 2013 at
JIExpo, Kemayoran Jakarta. My school got an invitation to attend the opening
ceremony. The event held right after an exam –the exam ended on 18 December—. In
addition, there was tons of assignment that needed to be submitted on 19 Dec. All
of that stuff made me dizzy @_@. After going through all the trouble and
rushing all the assignment in one night, with the other 53 students I went to
the opening ceremony. Oh, I almost forgot. I went there with three classmates. At
first we couldn’t decided to go or to stay at class. But we decided to go after
finishing all the assignment in one go. (We almost missed the bus =,=)
While waiting for the opening ceremony to begun, we took some
pictures.
After a while, the opening ceremony begun. After some speech from
some important people and vice-president of Indonesia, there are some
performances. One of it is a drama. The drama theatre was about Princess Kaguya
and Dewi Chandra fighting some kind of demon to protect the land.
After that, we went to the exhibition part. (Sorry for the lack of exhibition
picture because I was too busy taking picture of ourselves and visiting the
booths). There are about 144 booths participated on the expo that divided by
some categories: smart city, smart mobility, smart healthcare, smart building
& equipment, smart culture & tourism, and also smart food. There are
also some competition such as Karaoke Japan and Indonesia’s Song Competition, Para-para
Dance Competition, Mai-mai Competition by Megaindo, Anime Drawing Competition,
Japan Fashion Competition, Indie J-band Competition and many more. Beside that
there are also special performance like Shamisen, Cow Cow, Aikido, Kendo,
Percussion performance, HAKU, Jakarta Keion Band, WEAVER, JKT48 and others. Also
there are workshops, talk shows and seminar. Sadly, almost all competition and
performance was held on Saturday and Sunday which means I didn’t have the
chance to watch it.
Also spotted some Itasha :D
As this post was already too late, I see no point on posting the
website for this event :p

Keep sharing these beautiful moments Nadya..! Love your posts very much..
